Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Fintect Solllc, we value our clients and aim to offer flexible, transparent, and fair service terms. We understand that requirements can evolve, and our cancellation and refund policy is designed to support that with clarity and care. This document outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all our offerings, including subscriptions, custom solutions, SaaS tools, and digital deliverables.
1. General Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to support@fintectsolllc.com.
Each case is evaluated individually to ensure fairness, and approved refunds are processed within 8 business days of confirmation to the original payment method.
🔸 Note: Transaction fees, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
🔸 Before initiating a refund, our technical support team will attempt to resolve any reported issue.
2. Subscription-Based Services
(Covers SaaS platforms, API access, and financial dashboards)
A. Before Activation or First Use
You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your subscription before it is activated or before any features are accessed, and the request is made within 3 calendar days of purchase.
B. After Activation or First Use
Once your subscription is active or services have been accessed, the refund policy is as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions: These are billed upfront and are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage.
Annual Subscriptions:
Cancellation within 7 calendar days of activation AND with usage under 2 hours qualifies for a 75% refund.
If the usage exceeds 2 hours or 7 days, the subscription becomes non-refundable, though credit toward future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Custom FinTech Development & Consulting Services
This includes bespoke software development, financial tool integration, UI/UX design, and expert consulting.
A. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you cancel a project, refunds are issued based on project progress:
Before development starts: 100% refund minus payment processing fees.
After development starts:
< 5% completed: 75% refund.
5%–25% completed: 50% refund.
> 25% completed: No refund, though we may issue a credit note or hold the project for future completion, if requested.
A project progress summary will be shared transparently for refund calculations.
B. Company-Initiated Cancellation
If Fintect Solllc must cancel the project for internal reasons (e.g., availability, regulatory constraints), you will receive a 100% refund, regardless of project stage.
4. E-Learning Tools, Market Reports & Digital Deliverables
(Applies to downloadable content such as datasets, whitepapers, research tools)
Digital products are delivered immediately upon download or first access and are non-refundable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction:
If access issues or product defects are reported, we will resolve them within 5 business days.
If unresolved, we will offer a 100% refund or replacement product or credit, based on your choice.
5. Service Interruptions & Platform Downtime
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, occasional downtimes may occur.
If there is unexpected downtime exceeding 24 hours, clients may request service credit equal to 5% of the monthly fee.
No cash refunds will be issued for brief outages or scheduled maintenance periods.
6. Refund Exclusions
Refunds or credits are not available under the following circumstances:
Missed or unattended sessions, consultations, or demos without prior notice.
Delays caused by the client, including content or requirement submission.
Breach of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Purchases made via third-party vendors or resellers.
Any misuse or misrepresentation of services or identity.
7. Credit Notes & Adjustments
In lieu of refunds, Fintect Solllc may issue a credit note for the paid amount, which:
Can be used toward any future service or subscription.
Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user.
8. Policy Amendments
Fintect Solllc may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be reflected on our website, and your ongoing purchases will follow the version of the policy in effect at the time of your transaction.
